I grew up in Maple Grove, Minnesota and earned by B.A. degree from the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth. Then, I went on to earn my Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa. I spent a year working in beautiful Shenendoah Valley, Virginia. The next 5 years I worked at Flamingo Pet Clinic in Las Vegas, Nevada. Finally, I moved to Mankato, Minnesota and I am loving the community here! 

When I am not at work, I am spending time with my two wonderful children, watching viral cat videos, or volunteering. We have a female mixed breed dog, Nova, and a Budgie named Honey.
